Kindred Kids Early Intervention

Educator Professional Development & Inclusion Support

Strengthening inclusive capability across Early Learning services. Kindred Kids Early Intervention partners with Early Learning Centres across the Sunshine Coast to build sustainable, evidence-informed, inclusive practice.

Our Foundations

Our professional development and mentoring services are grounded in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0), and support services in meeting the expectations of the National Quality Framework (NQF).

We work alongside leadership teams and educators to strengthen inclusion capability at a whole-service level — embedding strategies that are practical, measurable and aligned with regulatory and pedagogical frameworks.

Our Strategic Approach

Kindred Kids Professional Development is:

Evidence-based and practitioner-led

Aligned with EYLF Principles, Practices and Learning Outcomes

Supportive of NQS Quality Areas 1, 5, 6 and 7

Embedded within real learning environments

Focused on sustainable team capability, not one-off training

Our work strengthens educator confidence in responding to diverse developmental profiles, supporting behaviour through a developmental lens, and building inclusive environments where every child can participate meaningfully.
