Hear from community

I met Leena in 2022 at Meadow Lane Buderim. She was the Lead Educator of the baby’s room. I was 6-months post-partum, heading back to work. I remember feeling so anxious about leaving my son. Despite being my 3rd child, it felt different. Perhaps I finally learnt how to enjoy time off with my babies and grieved that it was over? I am not sure but what I am sure of is that Leena, comforted me and approached the situation with trust, love and compassion. I can’t describe it in words. She saw me. She also saw my son. For the person, the individual and the infant that he was. She cared for him like he was her own. Quickly, he settled with Leena, and so too, did I. She showed acceptance, loyalty and an unwavering commitment to my son’s development and growth. I believe with all that I have and all that I am, that all children, infants and mother’s benefit from the tenderness and care that epitomises Leena’s every word, thought and action within the early childcare profession. Thank you, Leena, for helping my son, my family and I in one of the most emotionally fragile times that I’ve experienced.

As parents, choosing the right early learning centre was one of the biggest decisions we had to make. We can honestly say enrolling our child at Meadow Lane Maroochydore was the best decision for our family. We feel so grateful to be part of the Meadow Lane community and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any family looking for a supportive and inspiring early learning service. We couldn’t be happier.

Knowing our children are safe and supported every single day gives us complete peace of mind. Our children have built beautiful friendships, developed confidence, and learned important skills that have prepared them for school and beyond. We are so incredibly grateful for the guidance and support our children have received. Meadow Lane Early Learning will always hold a special place in our hearts.

We have been sending our daughter to Meadow Lane since she was 10 months old. What felt like the hardest decision at the time to put her into care, has easily turned out to be the best decision we ever made. My daughter is now almost 3 years old, and she is still excited to arrive at daycare every week. She has made beautiful friends, and the educators now feel like family. Our second daughter is about to start shortly, and I cannot wait for her to have the same experience at Meadow Lane as our first.
